Before HEC, Imran was solely responsible for operating and managing a $6 billion portfolio, primarily covering London, Tokyo, Singapore, and Hong Kong, for Samuel Tak Lee and his son, Samathur Li. He has led significant transactions globally, including sales and acquisitions exceeding $5 billion, as well as more than $7 billion in debt financing over the past 10+ years.

Imran’s extensive experience in managing a Single Family Office reassures our investors that we are led by a seasoned professional with a strong, well-rounded track record. In addition to his investment management expertise, Imran has substantial experience in property and building management, particularly in London’s Core West End and Tokyo. He is also a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Imran aims to build a portfolio of specially curated, often off-market properties that generate both annuity and value-add income, with specific refinancing and divestment strategies for each asset. Alongside his team, he also provides bespoke advisory services in real estate asset management, debt financing, property acquisition, property dispositions, and real estate portfolio management.
