Capital Market Services
Transaction Services: We provide transaction and executional services, whether it be acquisitions, disposals or restructuring (including partial sell down of equity).
Debt Financing: Arrange debt financing for each asset through our long term strategic partners, negotiating with financing partners, managing documentation process and covenants.
Equity: Raise equity for existing or future assets for the benefit of our clients. This could be to recycle capital, mitigate risk and / or sell down a stake to realise gains.
Origination / Sourcing: Through our extensive global network and transactional expertise, we provide first right of refusal on new deals to our clients and / or source assets based on a specifically curated criteria.
