His clientele includes major organizations such as Morrisons, the University of Melbourne, Toyota, Investec, ANZ, Global Switch, HSBC, BAA, and Telstra.

With extensive experience in managing investments for major investors, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions—including GIC, ANZ, and Investec—Darren has led development initiatives from inception to completion. His expertise spans retail, commercial, transport, healthcare, telecommunications, data centers, and government sectors, ensuring project delivery in line with industry best practices.

He has successfully implemented innovative delivery models, including Private Finance Initiatives (PFI), Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Design & Construct (D+C), Design & Build (D+B), Fixed Price, Earned Value, and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts.
